• We reach out to you first, then to them, so nobody is surprised by a call.
• We do not file returns and never will. We are not competing for the work you want.
• Year-end packages tie out. Trial balance, reconciled statements, a clean file to inherit.
• If they are not a fit for us, we tell you that too, and try to point them somewhere useful.
