No. We are Texas-rooted and fully remote, with clients across the country. Everything runs on QuickBooks Online, bank feeds, and scheduled check-ins.
No, and that is on purpose. We do bookkeeping, payroll support, and management reporting; we do not provide audit, attest, or tax opinion services. We work alongside your CPA, and if you do not have one, we can introduce you to firms we trust.
We have rebuilt books that were years behind, mixed with personal spending, and scattered across three platforms. There is no too bad; there is just a slightly bigger hours estimate.
Hourly, at $70/hour remote, with a written budget you approve before any work starts and itemized time on every invoice. Once your cleanup is done and you have three months of normal maintenance behind you, we average your actual hours and offer you a flat monthly rate based on your own numbers. Plenty of clients take it; some prefer to stay hourly. Your call.
