Who we are

No-Brainer Bookkeeping LLC provides bookkeeping, cleanup, payroll, and advisory services. We are not a CPA firm and we do not provide tax or attest services. You can reach us at hello@nbb.cash.

What we collect

• Information you give us: name, business name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your books
• Information about your business needed to do the work, including financial records you share with us during an engagement
• Basic website analytics: pages visited, how you arrived, and general location at city level. We use Google Analytics for this
• If you use the "Do we qualify?" questionnaire and then contact us, your answers travel with your enquiry so you do not have to repeat them. We also keep the link that brought you to the site, so we know which of our own posts or ads are worth continuing

How we use it

To respond to you, to prepare an estimate, to deliver the services you hire us for, and to send you the updates that are part of the engagement. That is the full list.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number and tick the consent box, we may text you about your enquiry and your account. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with anyone, for any purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything from us.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run the business, such as our accounting software, payment processor, and communications platform, and only so far as they need it to do their job. We will also share it where the law requires.

If your engagement involves your tax preparer, we share your books with them at your direction.

How we protect it

Access to client credentials is held in an encrypted password manager with per-person access and an audit trail. Bank and payroll access is read-only wherever the institution supports it, which means we can see transactions and cannot move money.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a client, and afterwards for as long as we are required to for legal and professional record-keeping. You can ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.

Your choices

• Ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it
• Opt out of texts by replying STOP
• Unsubscribe from any email we send
• Ask us not to use analytics cookies, and we will tell you how

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so here and update the date at the top.
