No-Brainer Bookkeeping
Two minutes, no email

Do we qualify to do your books?

Most firms make you fill out a form to prove you are worth taking on. Let us do it the other way around. Eight questions, and at the end you get a straight answer, including the one where we tell you to hire somebody else.

And here is what we have to clear

Qualifying goes both ways. This is the standard we hold ourselves to on every engagement, and it is a fair list to measure any bookkeeper against, including one you already have.

Nothing reaches you unchecked. Not spot-checked, not sampled. Every month, every client. You should never be the first person to find a mistake in your own books.

You hear from us every week, in writing.Where the books stand, what we still need from you, and how the budget is tracking. Quiet bookkeepers are expensive bookkeepers.

You approve the budget before we touch anything. In dollars or in hours, your choice. Overages get approved in advance, and every invoice shows the hours behind it.

Your tax preparer can pick up the year-end package without calling you.It ties out. That is the whole trick, and it is why April stops being a project.

Your questions come back in plain English. If you have never taken an accounting class, you will still know what changed this month and what to do about it.

If we are the wrong firm, you find out on the first call. Not in month three, after an invoice. Sending someone somewhere better is a cheaper way to be useful.

Who this suits

We are built for a specific kind of owner

If two or three of these are you, the fit is usually obvious within about ten minutes of the first call.

You are doing it right the first time

New company, or a new chapter of one, and you would rather build the books properly than unpick them in three years.

You grew faster than your systems

Revenue outran the spreadsheet. The books are no longer a chore, they are a risk.

You like software that works

You would rather approve a document in a portal than mail an envelope, and you will actually use the shared folder.

You want consistency over surprises

A predictable close and a predictable invoice are worth more to you than the lowest possible number.

Your CPA has opinions about your books

Someone has told you the file needs work. We are frequently the answer to that sentence.

You want your time back

The bookkeeping is currently done by the single most expensive person in the company, which is you, at night.
